We've started a directory by continent and are in the process of rearranging the info according to this system (voted on by the users of r/PlaneteerHandbook). Under each nation's name, we have tried to include the prompts represented below, to help people sign up to vote, understand their legal rights and local issues, as well as understand how/when/where to vote.
