For those of us who don't already have a bidet installed in our homes, we can choose to upgrade to toilets with bidets, or even install a bidet attachment for fairly cheap. Over the years, the bidet with provide a variety of benefits from improved hygiene to lower monthly costs. 

Using a bidet might seem like a waste of water, but making and using a bidet uses less water than it takes to make and package toilet paper rolls, including the water used to grow trees or other plants that are turned into toilet paper, and that used to create the fuels or packaging used for shipping those rolls.
